  Ordered two medium pizzas for takeout, both the same. One was fresh while the other was cold. Didn't realize what happened until I was gone but they gave one of my fresh pizzas to a group that arrived around fifteen minutes after noon, they barely sat down and I saw they had ordered a pizza the same as me. I didn't order takeout so I could be given someone else's because they arrived later than they reserved!

  These guys take advantage of the fact that they are the only (ahem) "high end" chain in High Level. The food is always excellent and stands up against any other BP or there. The big problem is the service. The lounge is usually pretty good, but the service on the restaurant side isn't particularly attentive, and more often than not will mix up something on your order. I'd love if I could rate this higher, but between the lacklustre service, and being the only decent chain restaurant for literally hundreds of kilometres, it has turned me off from going to Boston Pizzas in the rest of my travels as well.

  If I could give 0 I would. I don't even know how the food is here. Been trying to order delivery for two days. Yesterday they didn't answer my first two calls, then hung up on me the last time I called. Today they finally answered but they don't have delivery on a Thursday evening? Really?

  I ordered a ham and pineapple with extra cheese, and uncooked tomatoes, I received a cardboard tasting pizza with no extra cheese and mushy cooked tomatoes. Usually I have really good luck through out alberta with this pizza but this was the worst tasting pizza I've ever tasted, also the bill for pick up was $44.00. I got a dirty look when I didn't give a tip. I shouldn't have to give the patron a tip for walking 12 steps to get my pizza and hand it to me! Especially if it's a gross $44 pizza.
